Ben Hefferon

Born and raised in North Carolina, Ben has been a native of Charlotte for over 40 years.

He attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for his undergraduate degree and North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he graduated in 2.5 years.  Ben has been representing clients in all phases of family law, including child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, divorce, and all other related family matters for over a decade, and offers zealous and compassionate representation for all his clients.  Ben recognizes that your family law case likely concerns the most important things in your life – your children or your property – and is here to provide the intelligent, aggressive, and effective representation needed to handle your case.  When he's not helping other families, Ben enjoys spending time with his two sons, his pets, and his blended family, as well as reading, writing, and sports of all kind.  He is an avid Carolina Panthers, NC State Wolfpack, Liverpool, and Boston Red Sox fan.
